A typical office or retail space up to 2,000 square feet runs one to two hours including setup, treatment and ventilation time before reoccupation. Larger commercial properties scale accordingly. For urgent situations we give you a time estimate immediately when you call so you can plan reoccupation around the job.
For electrostatic treatment, most spaces can be reoccupied within 10 to 15 minutes after treatment is complete. For ULV fogging treatments we ask occupants to remain out of the treated area for 30 to 60 minutes while the fog settles.
