How does expert witness work differ from a standard mold inspection?

A standard inspection documents current conditions for remediation purposes. Expert witness work goes further: it establishes causation, documents chain of custody for all evidence, produces court-ready written reports, and prepares the expert for deposition and trial testimony including cross-examination. The methodology must meet the Daubert standard required by Florida courts.
