Mr. Katz holds dual Florida state licensure as both a certified mold remediator (MRSR2709) and mold assessor (MRSA2521), has 35 years of direct field experience, founded the Florida Association of Mold Professionals in 1991, and holds certifications from more than ten national environmental and mold industry organizations. Few mold professionals in the country carry this combination of credentials.

Expert witness work goes further: it establishes causation, documents chain of custody for all evidence, produces court-ready written reports, and prepares the expert for deposition and trial testimony including cross-examination. The methodology must meet the Daubert standard required by Florida courts.
