A report from several months ago may not reflect current conditions if the moisture source has not been addressed or if the property has experienced additional water events. We will review any report you provide and advise on whether the findings are recent enough to scope from reliably or whether a supplemental assessment visit would produce a more accurate proposal. This determination is made case by case based on what the report shows and what you can tell us about conditions at the property since the inspection was completed.
