    Exclusive Electrostatic Organic Disinfecting Technology

Every surface in a mold-affected property needs treatment. Not just the flat ones. Not just the ones a spray nozzle can reach in a straight line. The underside of attic beams. The back face of shelving. The interior curves of ductwork fittings. The recessed areas behind furniture and fixtures. These are exactly where mold establishes precisely because nothing reaches them during routine cleaning.

FixMold's Electrostatic Disinfecting Technology solves this. The electrostatic sprayer applies an electrical charge to the solution being sprayed, creating a magnetic attraction between the charged droplets and every surface in the target area. The droplets do not just travel forward. They wrap around objects, coat undersides and reach back surfaces against the direction of spray. Full 360-degree coverage. Every surface. Including the ones nobody can see or directly reach.

Combined with FixMold's AirBiotics All-Natural organic cleaning solution, this is the most precise, most thorough and most environmentally responsible disinfection application available in South Florida mold remediation today, forming a critical part of our mold remediation services approach. 75 times more efficient than conventional sprayer systems. Zero toxic exposure to inhabitants. 100% satisfaction across every job it has been deployed on.

    The Physics Behind Electrostatic Wraparound
Understanding why electrostatic technology works requires understanding one specific physical phenomenon called electrostatic wraparound. It is not marketing language. It is the reason this technology produces results that conventional spraying cannot.

A conventional pump or trigger sprayer propels liquid droplets in the direction the nozzle is pointed. Gravity pulls them down. Air resistance disperses them. The coverage is directional, which means surfaces facing away from the spray path receive little or no treatment. The underside of a shelf, the back face of a baseboard, the recessed interior of a duct connection, the underside of an attic rafter all receive little to no coverage unless sprayed directly.

The electrostatic sprayer nozzle contains a small electrode that applies an electrical charge to every droplet as it leaves the nozzle. These charged droplets are attracted to grounded surfaces with a force significantly stronger than gravity. When droplets pass near a surface, even one not directly targeted, they are pulled toward it and adhere. This is called wraparound, where spray changes direction to coat hidden or reverse-facing surfaces.

In practical terms, a single pass can coat beams, joists, rafters and structural connections completely. What would take hours with a traditional sprayer is done quickly with more uniform and reliable coverage.

Why Electrostatic Technology Matters for Mold Remediation
Mold grows on all surfaces, including those not easily accessible. In attics, crawlspaces, HVAC systems, vehicles and marine environments, many surfaces cannot be directly sprayed. Electrostatic application ensures full coverage without dismantling structures or missing hidden contamination zones, especially in complex systems like mold in air conditioning and HVAC systems, where traditional application methods fall short.

AirBiotics and Electrostatic Technology Working Together
The sprayer is only the delivery system. FixMold pairs it with AirBiotics, a probiotic-based organic cleaner that restores a healthy microbial balance rather than simply killing surface organisms. Because electrostatic spray reaches all surfaces, these beneficial microbes establish across the entire treated environment, not just visible areas.

The fine droplet size also means less solution is used while achieving better coverage. This reduces waste, minimizes environmental load and aligns with FixMold’s zero-VOC organic approach.

Benefits for Residential and Commercial Clients
Electrostatic application provides complete surface coverage, reduced chemical exposure and faster reoccupation times. For commercial spaces, it ensures documented 360-degree disinfection. For sensitive environments, it avoids additional chemical burden. In marine and complex structural environments, it delivers results without costly disassembly.

What you see on the surface is rarely the whole story. Mold in South Florida almost always starts where you cannot see it, inside wall cavities, above ceiling tiles, behind bathroom fixtures, inside ductwork. By the time a dark spot appears or a smell becomes undeniable, the problem has usually been building for weeks.

Our certified inspectors use infrared thermal imaging cameras and calibrated particle counters to read your property the way no visual check ever could. Infrared detects temperature differentials that reveal trapped moisture behind surfaces. Particle counters measure what is actually in your air. Together they give us a precise picture of where mold is active, not just where it is showing.

Every sample we collect goes to an independent certified laboratory, not an in-house operation. Air samples, surface swabs and control readings are analyzed under microscopy and returned with full species identification and spore counts per cubic meter of air.

What sets our reports apart is what happens after the lab results come back. Your inspector sits with you and walks through every finding in plain language. You learn exactly what was found, what it means for your health and your home, and what the right next step looks like. No jargon. No pressure. Just a clear answer and a clear path forward.

Mold Removed From Your Home. What About Your Body?

A medically guided approach to supporting recovery after mold exposure.

FixMold focuses on eliminating mold from your environment.

But for some individuals, recovery doesn’t stop there.
Even after successful remediation, the body may continue responding to past exposure. In these cases, a structured, medically guided approach may be necessary to support full recovery.

Why Symptoms Can Continue After Mold Exposure

Removing mold addresses the source of the problem, but it does not always resolve how the body has been affected during exposure.

Environmental toxins can impact multiple systems:
    • Immune function
    • Nervous system signaling
    • Cellular energy production
    • Detoxification pathways

For some individuals, these systems require time and proper support to return to balance.

    Common Post-Exposure Symptoms

    • Brain fog
    • Fatigue
    • Headaches
    • Sinus congestion or irritation
    • Persistent cough
    • Dizziness
    • Light sensitivity
    • Skin irritation
    • Ongoing inflammation

    Important

    • Persistent symptoms do not always indicate something permanent
    • They often indicate that the body has not fully recovered yet

    Recovery Approach

    1. Evaluation & Stabilization
    • Clinical assessment
    • Exposure history review
    • Diagnostic testing

    2. Detoxification Support
    • Nutritional protocols
    • Toxin-binding strategies
    • Antioxidant support

    3. Advanced Therapeutic Support
    • Targeted, medically guided interventions
    • IV-based therapies when appropriate

    4. Cellular Recovery
    • Mitochondrial support
    • Metabolic restoration
    • Nervous system regulation

    Core Focus

    • Detoxification support
    • Immune system balance
    • Cellular energy restoration
    • Nervous system regulation

    Key Principle

Recovery is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things, in the right order.

    Next Steps

If mold exposure has been identified and symptoms are still present, evaluation may provide clarity.
    • Exposure history review
    • Laboratory evaluation
    • Detoxification assessment
    • Symptom analysis

We are here to answer any question you may have.
    +

Is the electrical charge in the sprayer safe for people and electronics?

Yes. The electrical charge applied to the droplets is extremely small, sufficient only to create the surface attraction effect. It is not a shock hazard and does not affect electronic equipment in the treatment area. The charge dissipates on contact with the surface being treated.

    +

How does electrostatic disinfection compare to fogging?

ULV fogging generates extremely fine particles that remain airborne for an extended period before settling, making it effective for treating air volume and reaching spaces through air movement. Electrostatic spraying generates charged droplets that actively seek and adhere to surfaces due to the magnetic attraction effect, making it specifically effective for surface coverage including undersides and back faces. FixMold deploys both technologies on appropriate jobs because they address different aspects of the same contamination problem. Fogging treats the air. Electrostatic treats the surfaces. Neither alone achieves what both together accomplish.

    +

Do you use electrostatic disinfection on every remediation job?

Yes. Electrostatic application is a standard component of FixMold's 12-step signature remediation process deployed on every job where surface disinfection is indicated, which is every mold remediation we perform. It is not an upgrade or an add-on service. It is part of how we remediate.

    +

Can electrostatic disinfection be used as a standalone service without full mold remediation?

Yes. For properties requiring professional-grade disinfection without a mold remediation scope, including post-COVID sanitizing, pathogen disinfection after illness exposure or periodic commercial sanitizing maintenance, electrostatic disinfection with AirBiotics is available as a standalone service. Contact us at 786-882-1823 to discuss what your specific situation requires.
