WE GUARANTEE that after the completion of the mold remediation process, mold will be removed from the treated areas of the property. In addition, we guarantee that no mold will reappear in the treated areas for up to 12 months from the date of remedi- ation, provided that there is no additional water intrusion and/or water damage and proof of property recommendations provided by the technician on our initial assess- ment has been followed.

A/C unit(s) filters must be changed every 3-4 weeks to ensure air quality is kept clean. Proof of routine A/C maintenance should be implemented every 5-6 months to ensure no regrowth of mold occurs on the coils and vent system. Aside from the aforementioned, should there be a problem for any reason whatsoever, we will send down a technician to deal with the issue accordingly.
