Electrostatic Sprayers

With electrostatic technology being utilized as a backpack or mounted on a cart, one can swiftly apply an electrostatic charge to various surfaces in order to dispense disinfecting chemicals (PX10 tabs). This device uses an air compressor for quiet, powerful liquid flow. The charge causes the molecules of the liquid to bend and wrap 360 degrees around all surfaces it touches. The charge on the droplet is very small, but the force spraying toward the target is up to 75 times greater than the force of gravity. Upon activation, the droplets reverse direction, and move upwards against gravity, while passing a target surface, known as “the electrostatic wraparound.” The backpack has a voltage of 16.8V, an optimum spray distance of 4-6ft, a tank capacity of 2.25 gallons, nozzle spray sizes of the 40-micron full cone, 80-micron full cone, 110 microns 120º fan, a flow rate of 40 micron / 3.4 oz. per minute 80 micron / 5.1 oz. per minute 110 micron / 13.4 oz. per minute. The sprayer has an electrical option of 220V, a flow rate of 40 microns, a tank pressure of 12-15 PSI (pounds per square inch), an air line pressure of 30 PSI with a drop size of 40 microns, and a spray range of 8-12 ft.

Hydroxyl Generator

With the combination of the Hydroxyl Maximizer and generator, it is possible to eliminate odors in occupied areas faster, by producing hydroxyl radicals. This method of odor neutralization is safe for use in occupied areas. The Hydroxyl Generator utilizes water vapor in the atmosphere to create these hydroxyl radicals.

The technology works by creating a reaction between UVA, Ti02, and H20 to break apart the water molecule and create a single hydrogen atom and OH (hydroxyl radical).
